I am reading this book as part of my spiritual awareness each morning so there is a lot of references to scripture. I am really enjoying this book it is helping me put things in perspective. I put together my Power Thought Two cards to help guide me each morning.....
I added some of Leo Babauta's advice about taking the smallest step you can to make your goals happen. This chapter was all about loving yourself just as God loves you. Don't be so hard on yourself take little steps to make yourself healthy. Each day do one small thing to work toward your goal of being healthy.
