Apple Bread

This week I am looking for a recipe for a gluten free apple bread. I am sitting here enjoying the beautiful orange mums my aunt sent me and I am starting to think about Fall.  I am doing a lot of sitting but each day I feel a little better.  I am hoping to find an easy to bake apple bread because I will need to have some help from my husband.

I'll let you know how these turned out.  I really want to make all three of them.  I don't know if my husband will have the patience to help me.
