2016 will be Positive

This morning as I started to do my work out at 5am I was thinking, "Why do I do this to myself?" I could be in bed snuggled up in my blankets and sleeping for another 1/2 hour.  But if I don't exercise I will have a lot more health issues.  

Then I started to think of all the reasons why exercising is good for me:

  • to get stronger each day
  • strengthen my core/back
  • reach step goals
  • prevent diabetes
  • stand taller
  • set a good example for the family
  • look better
  • turns my mood around
  • improves sleep
  • reduce my blood pressure
  • boost your energy level

It occurred to me that I need to focus on the positive benefits.....
