This morning as I started to do my work out at 5am I was thinking, "Why do I do this to myself?" I could be in bed snuggled up in my blankets and sleeping for another 1/2 hour. But if I don't exercise I will have a lot more health issues.
Then I started to think of all the reasons why exercising is good for me:
- to get stronger each day
- strengthen my core/back
- reach step goals
- prevent diabetes
- stand taller
- set a good example for the family
- look better
- turns my mood around
- improves sleep
- reduce my blood pressure
- boost your energy level
It occurred to me that I need to focus on the positive benefits.....
Positive Thinking will take me far!!!!!!
