Exercise and Eating Right
This is one part of my life that I don't seem to succeed at. I have been overweight for at least the last 15 years despite all the yo-yo dieting I have done. Up until last year I did a fair amount of exercising with little results, very frustrating. I know eating right is the ticket.........but unfortunately I am an emotional eater and the past several years....work...family....the word that best describes my life is STRESS!
So here I am at yet another turning point.....
My goals are always simple:
- Organize a Workout Schedule
- Write Down and Track Everything on SparkPeople.Com
- SELF CONTROL
- My Goal is to be able to participate in a 50 or 75 mile bike ride in July or August.
