So if I want change to occur I actually have to change!
Here are the changes I will make this week:
1. Each day I will drink five 16 oz of water!!
2. I will eat foods from the recommended list.
3. I will do some type of exercise everyday PLUS the five minute workout from Dr. Oz.
4. I will cut back on my sugar intake!
5. Set up a To Do List and complete it!
