I feel like I have this good intentions every Sunday and then by Monday when reality sets in I am over come with work  and daily responsibilities that everything is thrown out the window.  However I am not closer to accomplishing my goal of losing weight or being prepared for my Big Bike Ride.

So if I want change to occur I actually have to change!  

Here are the changes I will make this week:  
1.  Each day I will drink five 16 oz of water!!
2.  I will eat foods from the recommended list.

3.  I will do some type of exercise everyday PLUS the five minute workout from Dr. Oz

4.  I will cut back on my sugar intake! 
5.  Set up a To Do List and complete it!
