Banana Pancakes

I wasn't feeling very well at the beginning week, headaches and stomach issues. So I thought I should go back to the basics of my diet.  So I have been eating banana pancakes.  They are so easy to make.  I mash a banana and then add two eggs and whip it all together.  Then I make one pancake at a time in the skillet.

After eating the basic foods for two days I am feeling much better. Yeah!
