I found this quote on Crystal’s blog, and it really hit home with me. It is totally me!!!!! I am always hoping to improve my health however; I am never really making the true changes to get the results. I have good intentions, however I have a lot of excuses. I could write an entire blog just on excuses of why I don’t exercise and why I need to snack all day long.
I want to be a healthy happy person. In order for me to accomplish this I need to exercise everyday, NO excuses!! I need to drink eight glasses of water. And most important……no more mindless snacking…keep track of those calories.
