It
has been a long day of driving. We have
started the long drive home. We stopped
back at Custer State Park because Matthew wanted to go on another drive in the
park where he could get pictures of Mt. Rushmore from the tunnels. We saw some baby deer
and lots of prairie
dogs, antelope, buffalo, and donkeys.
Then back on the road again to The National
Badlands Park for sunset. We finally
saw some goats. We saw a mama goat and
four little kids.
Then a big daddy goat
came walking right up to us.
That was
really exciting. We are the playing the license plate game just
to keep alert on the long drive. We are
spending the night in Wall, South Dakota.
That leaves 13 hours of driving tomorrow.
