2015 Reading Log

I read this book not because I wanted to but because the doctor assigned it to me.  Basically it reformed all the doctors points of why I need to stop eating wheat even though I did not test positive for celiac disease.  It will help with all the ailments I have at this point.  I would say this book is very informative now it is up to me to live out the suggestions.  The only notes I took away from the book is that by giving up wheat I will be happier and healthier.

I don't know where I found this book but I was intrigued by the review.  I thought it was going to be about living within your means and taking risks to make changes in your life.  I was a bit disappointed, it was more about Annie's life and how she took risks and moved to different cities through her life.    The book did remind that it is important to stay discipline and work towards what you feel is important.

This is a book filled with daily inspiration.  I like to read it in the morning before I do my morning stretches and then I have time to think about the message.  As I write posts I will link them below:

This book was recommended to me by my nutritionist.  I definitely like the idea of giving up dieting FOREVER.  This book is about rethinking what, how, why and when you eat.

I found this somewhere out on the web.  I was really excited to begin reading.  I read through the first several parts however after a while I lost interest.  I did find a couple of quotes that struck a cord with me.  I had a couple thoughts too...... read here.
Oprah's book was an impulse buy for me. I have three other books to finish but my focus in not there right now.  This book is perfect for me right now, short little articles that I was able to read in between doctor appointments and tests.  What I Know For Sure is that Oprah had a great way of saying just what I need to hear!  I found several quotes that I can apply to my life right now....read here
